Despite my extremely sore body (yes after only one day of yoga, sigh…) and the fact that I somehow might have managed to catch a slight cold, I pulled myself together and did pilates!
The Yoga place I went to yesterday have weird class hours on certain days, especially Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so since I didn’t feel ready (or awake) to do yoga at 8.30am this morning, I decided to do it at home.
I have a really good yoga video with Jillian Michaels that I have done before, but today I wanted to try out something new. I found an inspiring pilates blog called Blogilates the other day and Cassey, the writer and pilates guru, has her own set of POP Pilates videos offered on her blog. Check them out! It was great.
And what better way to treat my body than a dip in the amazing indoor hot tub that our apartment complex has to offer its residents! Now that is what I call post-workout luxury!
